Experienced Project Management & Development Specialist.

Joining FSDT for the role of Project Coordinator following an extensive career with Equity Bank (Tanzania) Limited. There, he served in several roles including Manager for Special Projects, Public Sector and Institutional Clients, and earlier as Special Project Coordinator. His work has centered on managing various transformative projects in Agriculture, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), MSME development, and Group Lending. He is an experienced Project Management and Development Specialist with over 10 years of progressive experience across the banking, development, and NGO sectors. Johanes brings a strong blend of expertise in project planning and execution, financial inclusion, partnership building, and stakeholder engagement.

Johanes holds a master’s degree in project management from Tanzania Institute of Project Management, bachelor’s degree of Arts in Community Economic Development and a Diploma in Cooperative Management and Accounting from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He is also a Certified Financial Educator (CFE) by the Bank of Tanzania Academy.
