Data-driven Decision Making: A Masterclass on Using Data to Design Financial Solutions for Women & Young Women

The FSDT Data-Driven Decision-Making Masterclass is an immersive, hands-on 8-week program designed to equip early- to mid-career female professionals in the financial sector with the skills to translate data into actionable insights and gender-responsive financial solutions.

The Masterclass takes participants along a practical learning journey, from understanding women’s financial behaviors to designing, testing, and presenting real-world solutions. It combines technical learning, applied labs, peer exchange, and leadership engagement, ensuring both analytical and practical capability development.

The program is structured across 8 progressive weeks:

  1. Understanding women’s financial lives 
  2. Data foundations and interpretation 
  3. Diagnosing financial inclusion gaps 
  4. Designing gender-responsive solutions 
  5. Testing and iteration (A/B testing, feedback loops) 
  6. Scaling and implementation strategies 
  7. Capstone development 
  8. Final presentations to key Stakeholders

Please confirm that you are able to commit ~5–6 hours per week for 8 weeks (from 13th April to 5th June) Key Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 15:30 to 17:00 hrs. With Guest speaker sessions to be held biweekly Fridays 16:00 to 17:00 hrs.
Please confirm you have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and they are readily available on your laptop for work
