SUMMARY:Exploring Gender and Age Intentionality in Tanzania's Financial Sector Ecosystem
DESCRIPTION:FSDT will be participating in the Tanzania Bankers Association (TBA) 3rd Conference on Financial Inclusion\, with the theme\, Harnessing Financial Inclusion for Sustainability. TBA Conferences on Financial Inclusion seek to enhance advocacy on financial inclusion by bringing together stakeholders from different sectors to share experiences\, knowledge\, and best practices on financial inclusion; identifying barriers and challenges to financial inclusion\, especially for underserved populations\, and exploring innovative solutions to overcome them; as well as discussing the role of financial technology and digital innovations in promoting financial inclusion\, and how they can be leveraged to reach the unbanked and underserved populations. The conference also provides a platform for policymakers\, financial regulators\, and practitioners to engage in a dialogue and develop policies and regulations that promote financial inclusion.
