APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE

FSDT intends to appoint a trustee to take overall fiduciary responsibility for the Trust and to oversee the executive team on various aspects. The contract will be for five years from the date of registration of the Trustee by the Administrator General. It is estimated that approximately 80-90 mandays of input per year is required involving no more than two or three persons on a regular basis. Please see attachment for details.
